Welcome to WS Painting. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and painting services. By accessing our website or hiring our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Our Services

WS Painting provides professional painting services including but not limited to:

• Interior Painting
• Exterior Painting
• Wall Putty Application
• Texture Painting
• Waterproofing Solutions
• Commercial Painting

2. Service Estimates & Quotes

All quotes provided by WS Painting are based on the information provided during the site inspection. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may be adjusted if:

• Additional work is requested by the customer
• Unexpected issues are discovered during preparation (e.g., extensive wall damage, mold, structural issues)
• The scope of work changes from the original agreement

3. Payment Terms

Payment for painting services is structured as follows:

• Advance Payment: 30% of the total quoted amount is required to confirm your booking and schedule the project.
• Progress Payment: 40% upon completion of surface preparation and primer application.
• Final Payment: Remaining 30% upon successful completion and customer satisfaction check.

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or credit/debit card. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Customer Cancellation: If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date, your advance payment will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
• Company Cancellation: If WS Painting needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and refund any payments made.
• Rescheduling: We allow one free reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Additional rescheduling may incur a nominal fee.

5. Warranty & Guarantee

WS Painting offers a comprehensive warranty on our workmanship:

• Workmanship Warranty: 5 years on all painting services against peeling, cracking, or flaking due to application issues.
• Paint Manufacturer Warranty: As provided by the paint brand used for your project.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage, scratches, or impacts
• Moisture seepage from structural issues
• Modifications or repairs done by third parties

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth painting process, customers agree to:

• Provide clear access to areas requiring painting
• Remove or cover valuable items, furniture, and fixtures
• Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to paint fumes
• Ensure electricity and water are available during working hours
• Secure pets during the painting process

7. Site Preparation & Cleanup

WS Painting takes care of site preparation including covering furniture, floors, and fixtures with protective sheets. Upon project completion, we will:

• Remove all debris and waste materials
• Clean the work area thoroughly
• Remove protective coverings
• Conduct a final walkthrough with the customer

8. Material Usage

We use premium quality paints and materials from trusted brands. In case of material shortages or discontinuation, we reserve the right to substitute with materials of equal or better quality after consulting with the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of WS Painting and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WS Painting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

11. Force Majeure

WS Painting shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.

13. Changes to Terms

WS Painting reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
